These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cortesy, provided by AppFlow LLC. By using Cortesy you agree to these Terms.
The service
Cortesy is an AI assistant that helps businesses respond to and qualify leads and book appointments over messaging channels and, where enabled, by connecting the business's calendar. Features may evolve over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Cortesy is intended for use by businesses and their authorized staff.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: using it for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes; sending unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law; attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service; or infringing the rights of others.
Third-party services
Cortesy integrates with third-party services (such as Google Calendar, messaging providers, and AI providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and Cortesy is not responsible for them. When you connect your Google Calendar, our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cortesy uses AI to generate responses and to assist with scheduling; while we work to make it reliable, we do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free or that appointments will never conflict. You are responsible for reviewing important actions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppFlow LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect any connected calendar. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will change the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
